Loren D. Volk, CPA
Mr. Volk has more than 30 years of experience working in a real estate accounting/finance environment. Mr. Volk began his career with Haskins & Sells. He then became the CFO of Lafayette Federal Savings, where he developed an in-house servicing system. After eight years, Mr. Volk became the CFO of a high tech Silicon Valley technology firm, Digital Power Corporation. Thereafter, Mr. Volk became a Director at Deloitte & Touche where he spent 11 years directing Deloitte &Touche’s Atlanta Realty Consulting Group. At Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Volk developed and operated the firm’s asset monitoring database products and tools. From there, Mr. Volk founded his own software/consulting company, Sentinel Surveillance Services, which was created to monitor the surveillance needs of the emerging real estate securities industry. Mr. Volk holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from San Jose State.
